In order to control production cost and improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises, some excellent private enterprises have gradually accepted LED industrial lighting.

Product performance has gradually approached the metal halide lamp?

  Although the market is promising, industrial lighting is still considered to be the last lighting application field to be conquered by LED. At present, the application of LED in industrial lighting is mainly small and medium power lighting, while in the field of high-power lighting application, metal halide lamp has relatively high cost performance compared with high-power LED light source, and LED lighting cannot be replaced by overwhelming advantage for the time being.

  After all, industrial lighting products have relatively few innovations due to their relatively simple requirements and more uniform lighting effects. However, recently, industrial products have made a breakthrough in function and application. The installation module (with electrical appliances) + lighting module is adopted. The lighting module is designed with narrow light, medium light, wide light and bidirectional polarized light, and can carry human body sensing, DALI, daylight sensing adjustment and other functions.

  Moreover, some industry analysts point out that intelligent lighting will become the ETC of industrial lighting practitioners. Because of the energy-saving effect of intelligent LED lighting system, industrial lighting can be used for a long time, which is more cost recovery competitiveness than domestic lighting, and has enough incentives to encourage owners to replace the original lighting products.

Profits are relatively stable, but it is hard to cut.

  Due to the invisible engineering channel that industrial lighting mostly takes, the price war and specification war can be avoided, and the profit is relatively stable, which also attracts a number of LED manufacturers to actively enter the industrial lighting market.
