  Solar photovoltaic power generation system is a device system that converts solar energy into electric energy directly by using battery modules. It is mainly divided into off-grid power generation system and grid-connected power generation system.

  Off-grid solar photovoltaic power generation system is mainly composed of solar cell modules, controllers and batteries. In order to supply power for ac load, ac inverter is also required.

Grid-connected solar photovoltaic power generation system is the direct current generated by solar modules converted by grid-connected inverters into alternating current meeting the requirements of the municipal power grid, which is directly connected to the public grid. The centralized large-scale grid-connected power stations in the grid-connected power generation system are generally state-level power stations. The main feature of the grid-connected power generation system is that the generated power can be directly transmitted to the power grid, which can be uniformly deployed to supply power to users. However, this kind of power station is difficult to develop due to its large investment, long construction period and large area. However, distributed small grid-connected power generation system, especially the integrated photovoltaic building power generation system, is the mainstream of grid-connected power generation due to the advantages of small investment, fast construction, small area and large policy support.

Solar photovoltaic power generation system composition

  The solar photovoltaic power generation system is composed of solar cell, solar controller and battery (group). If the output power supply is ac 220V or 110V, the inverter needs to be configured.

Solar panel

  Solar panel is the core part of solar photovoltaic power generation system. The function of solar panel is to convert the solar light energy into electricity, output direct current and store it in the battery. Solar panel is one of the most important components in solar photovoltaic power generation system, and its conversion rate and service life are important factors to determine whether solar cells are useful or not. Module design: according to IEC: 1215:1993, 36 or 72 polysilicon solar cells are used in series to form 12V and 24V modules of various types. The module can be used in various household photovoltaic systems, independent photovoltaic power stations and grid-connected photovoltaic power stations.

Features of raw materials:

1) cell: adopt high efficiency (over 16.5%) monocrystalline silicon solar panel package to ensure sufficient power generation of solar panels.

2) glass: low-iron toughened suede glass (also known as white glass) is used, with a thickness of 3.2mm, and the light transmittance is over 91% within the wavelength range of the spectral response of solar cells (320-1100nm). It has a high reflectivity for infrared light over 1200 nm. At the same time, the glass can withstand solar ultraviolet radiation, light transmittance does not decline.

3) EVA: a high-quality EVA film layer with a thickness of 0.78mm, including anti-uv agent, antioxidant and curing agent, is adopted as the sealant for solar cells and the bonding agent with glass and TPT. It has high light transmittance and anti - aging ability.

4) TPT: the cover on the back of the solar cell -- fluoroplastic film is white and reflects sunlight, so the efficiency of the components is slightly improved. Besides, due to its high infrared emissivity, it can also reduce the working temperature of the components and improve the efficiency of the components. Of course, the fluoroplastic film has the basic requirements of aging resistance, corrosion resistance and breathability required by solar cell packaging materials.

Solar controller

Solar controller is composed of special processor CPU, electronic components, display, switch power tube and so on.

battery

The purpose of the battery is to store the energy generated by the solar panel when the sun shines and release it when needed.

inverter

The direct output of solar energy is generally 12VDC, 24VDC, 48VDC. To provide electrical energy to 220VAC appliances, it is necessary to convert the direct current energy generated by the solar photovoltaic power generation system into AC energy, so a dc-ac inverter is required.
